How to Register

  • Below, at "Select a Training Session," you can select the specific type of training, date and time. When a session is filled, the status will read full. You will need to select a different session.


  • Upon submission of your registration, you will receive an e-mail indicating that your submission was received. In about a week, you will receive an e-mail stating that you have been accepted and the procedures used to provide you with lesson materials and a technology loan kit.


  • Once you have registered for teacher training, you must register your class for a student lesson.

    Teacher Training - Variations of 100
    Vary the standard fourth grade curriculum by participating in this virtual lesson. You will discover links between math, science, and Virginia studies. This interdisciplinary lesson incorporates math activities with the study of the five regions of Virginia. Math concepts of equivalent fractions and decimals will be used as students observe and sort various Virginia products and natural resources. Standards of Learning: 2009 Math (4.2, 4.3, 4.4); Science 2010 (4.1, 4.8); Virginia Studies (VS.1, VS.2, VS.10)
